Q: I need to re-download a game I purchased, what should I do?
A: Just email support with the name and email used to purchase it, and we will give you a new download link.
Q: I get an error DINPUT.DLL Not Found, why is it doing this?
A: This means you need to update your DirectX Drivers from Microsoft:
www.microsoft.com/directx

Q: I emailed you and never got a reply, why is it taking so long?
A: Unfortunately we are sometimes very busy and cannot always answer emails instantly. In general we should answer you within 2 business days. However, during holiday periods some of our staff may be on away, which can sometimes mean you won't get a reply this quickly. But even so, you should still get a reply within 7 days. If after 7 days we have not answered it is possible our Spam filter blocked your mail. Please resend you email (be sure not to use any offensive words).

Q: The game I have does not seem to work, what could I do to get it going?
A: 98% of the time the cause is sound or video card drivers. New computers rarely come with the latest drivers the user needs to visit the website of manufacturer (or Windows Update ) and get latest video and sound card drivers. Also, you may want download the latest version of DirectX: www.microsoft.com/directx

Often causes of computer problems are viruses and spy ware that drains system resources. We recommend that people check their computer for these on a regular basis to keep their system in peak condition.

Please state the name of the game, whether it is the full version of demo version in the title, and try to give as much detail as possible in the email. If applicable try to give exact error messages and your system specs as well.
